"I found Craig on Checkatrade website as I had a water leak and needed an emergency plumber. He gave me advice on the phone to stop the leak and then came out (late Thrs evening) to make a temporary repair so we had water. Due to the issue we only had cold water, no heating, so he arranged to attend on the Sunday and fit a new boiler so we'd have some hot water and heating. He did this and then came for a 2nd day to change radiators and finish the job. There were a couple of minor issues that I queried with Craig that he sorted immediately. The overall service was excellent."
